The Sheriff's Sale is the first Monday of every month. In the event of a holiday, the sale will be conducted on Tuesday.
How to bid
Sales are held virtually on Microsoft Teams. Fill in the Bidder Registration form on the Sheriff's Virtual Sheriff's Sale page and send a copy of a valid state ID or driver's license; bidder numbers are not automatic and take up to five business days. The winning bidder brings 10% of the bid the day after the sale and the balance by 10:00 AM the following Monday, in cash, cashier's checks or money orders (no personal checks).
