How to bid
Bidders must pre-register in person with the Tax Claim Bureau at 399 Stadium Drive, 3rd floor, Sunbury; the registration deadline is 4:00 pm ten days before the sale, and a non-refundable $50 registration fee is charged per bidder for each sale. Repository Sale minimum bid is $500 for lots and houses and $300 for mobile homes; payment in full is due the day of the sale and does not include recording or transfer fees. Sealed repository bids (minimum $100) must include a certified check or money order for the full bid and are reviewed on the last day of each quarter. Upset and Judicial deposit not stated.
