How to bid: Tax sales are held online on Bid4Assets. Bidders complete Bid4Assets registration and post a $1,500.00 deposit plus a $35.00 processing fee. The 10% down payment is due the day after the auction and the balance by 5:00 PM on the 15th calendar day after it.
