How to bid
Upset and judicial sales are online through GovEase and require pre-registration in the posted window (judicial bidders upload documents to GovEase; in-person registration is not accepted). A current photo ID is required, bids cannot be assigned, and bidders with delinquent York County taxes may not bid. Payment is certified funds only (money order, cashier's or certified check), no cash. Repository bids are reviewed by the municipality and school district, with notice by mail in 30 to 45 days.
