- The Upset Sale is held each September by the Bucks County Tax Claim Bureau. There is a continued Upset Sale as well as a Judicial Sale in December of each year.

- How to bid
- All Bucks County tax sales are held online through GovEase. Bidders register through the Tax Claim Bureau (the 2026 notice says in person at the Bureau, with a $100.00 non-refundable registration fee by certified check or money order). Registering for the September upset sale also registers you for the December sales.
