How to bid: Pre-registration is required to bid at the Upset Sale (held in the Main Courtroom); registration for the Judicial Sale opens one month before the sale. Repository bids are accepted and held until the last county business day of the month, and the office takes no money until a bid is approved by all three taxing districts. Deposit not stated. Office hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
