How to bid: Sales are public auctions on oral bids at the courthouse, 2100 Bloomdale Rd., McKinney. Before getting a deed, a buyer must present an unexpired Written Statement from the Collin County Tax Assessor-Collector showing no delinquent taxes ($10, notarized, valid 90 days). Constables accept cashier's checks, money orders or cash; the Sheriff also accepts cash, cashier's check or money order. Property is sold as is.
