Schedule: The tax sale will be held online, through Real Auction, on the first Tuesday of every month beginning at 9 a.m. CST.
Auction site: RealAuction (RealForeclose - Dallas County) (we link to it; we don't copy its listings)
How to bid: Get a certified Written Statement from the Tax Assessor/Collector and submit it to the Sheriff's Office by fax or email at least 2 business days before the sale, then bid on the Real Auction site. Payment is by wire transfer only.
