How to bid
Sales are online only, run by the County Constables on RealAuction; register as a bidder on RealAuction, where the sale rules are posted. Each sale also needs a Written Statement (bidder certificate) showing no delinquent taxes: submit the notarized request with a $10 fee (cash, cashier's check or money order) at least 5 business days before the sale; it is valid 90 days and must reach the office at least 24 hours before the sale.
