- How to bid
- Register and take the free bidder training on the Real Auction site, and wire a deposit of at least 5% of your total bids through Real Auction at least 10 days before the sale (the Sheriff's Office takes no deposits). Winners pay by wire through Real Auction or bring cash or a cashier's check to the Sheriff's Office by 4:00 pm on sale day, and need a Certificate of Eligibility ($10) from the Tax Office before the deed is recorded.
