How to bid
Sales are on the court house steps on the south side of the building at 900 7th Street, Wichita Falls. Sign in before bidding; no sealed, internet or phone bids. The successful bidder must be at the Sheriff's Office front desk by 3:00 p.m. to pay by cashier's check or money order only (no cash or personal checks), and must get a Tax Certificate from the Wichita Co. Tax Office at 600 Scott St. showing no taxes owed. Deposit is not stated.
