- Per the last posted notice: sales are at 10:00 a.m. on the Guadalupe County Courthouse Steps; register before the sale with a valid driver's license or state or federal ID, and pay with cash or a cashier's check payable to the Guadalupe County District Clerk. A bidder who fails to pay can be liable for 20% of the property's value plus costs.
