How to bid
Trustee tax properties are properties struck off to Tom Green County after they did not sell at the tax auction; the County Clerk lists them when available. The county's posted procedure also allows a private purchase: submit a written offer on the Tax Trustee Property Bid Submission Form in a sealed envelope to the County Clerk's Office (Attn: Real Estate Department).
