How to bid
Online only, through the county's auction vendor SRI (zeusauction.com). Bidders register online, complete and electronically sign a W-9, and must be approved by SRI and the Treasurer. Each parcel is sold to the person who bids the highest amount above the taxes, penalty, interest and costs, and all successful bids are final. Winning bids are paid only by ACH debit from the account used at registration, started within 24 hours of the last batch closing; a rejected payment may cancel the bid. A deposit is not stated.
