How to bid
Online only: each bidder registers with the county's auction vendor (SRI, zeusauction.com); only bidders with a US Tax Payer ID may take part, and no deposit is required at registration. Bidding starts at the taxes, interest, advertising and fees due; any amount above that is a bonus or premium bid, which is not returned if the property is redeemed. All successful bids are final at the close of the auction. Winning bids are paid only by ACH from the account used at registration, starting November 19, 2026 (11:59 PM MST) or as soon after as practical.
