How to bid
The sale runs online through SRI's Zeus Auction site. The minimum bid is the delinquent taxes, interest, advertising and fees. Bidders can bid a premium above that, but premiums are never returned and earn no interest. Winning bids are paid by ACH from the bank account given at registration.
