How to bid: Online only, run by SRI, Inc. at ZeusAuction.com. Register on the auction site between October 9 and October 28, 2026; bidders need a valid SSN, EIN or ITIN, a U.S. bank account and a U.S. mailing address, and registration includes an IRS W-9 and an ACH authorization. No deposit is required. Bidding starts at the total amount published in the paper; anything above that is a premium bid, which is not returned and earns no interest if the property is redeemed. The county calls it a 'Buyer Beware Sale': a lien gives no ownership, possession, use or access, is valid for 7 years, and the holder may apply for a Treasurer's Deed auction after 3 years (CRS 39-11-148).
