How to bid
Live, in-person auction in the BOCC Boardroom at 215 Comanche Street, Kiowa. Complete the Registration Form, Compliance Declaration and W-9 (all three are required); they can be emailed to the Treasurer, mailed, dropped off or brought to the sale. Registration starts at 8:00 AM and the sale at 9:00 AM. Each parcel gets open floor bidding; premiums are at least $5.00 on taxes under $500.00 and $10.00 on taxes of $500 or more.
