How to bid
The sale is held over the internet on Zeus Auction under its rules. Register before the auction opens even if you registered last year. Bids are premium bids over the lien amount (minimum premium $1.00); the highest premium wins, and premiums are not refunded. Payment is by ACH only. The rate is nine points above the September 1 federal discount rate (the 2025 rate was 14%). These rules are from the county's page written for the 2025 sale.
