How to bid
Register on the county's online auction site (opened September 29, 2026) with an IRS W-9, the buyer-beware acceptance and an ACH authorization, and pay the $75 deposit by the deadline. Bid a premium; winners pay the advertised price (tax, interest and advertising fee) plus a $16 certificate fee and the premium. Premiums are not refunded on redemption and do not earn interest.
