- Bidders send completed registration forms with original signatures and a $40 per-bidder fee to the Treasurer's office before the deadline. The sale is held in person in the courthouse IT conference room. Bidding is verbal, bidding down the interest in 10% increments, with random selection to break ties. Full payment is due at the close of the sale (2026 terms packet).
