- Bidders pre-register at the Treasurer's office by the posted deadline (5:00 pm, June 5 for 2026) and pay a $58 fee per bidder tax identification number. On sale day they bring their receipt and bidder number. Non-individual bidders need an agent for service of process designation on file. The sale is held in person in room 110 of the Administration Building.
