- How to bid
- The sale is held online through GovEase: register to bid on the GovEase site, where an updated listing (refreshed nightly) is available. Qualifying unpaid parcels are published once in the county's official publication during the last week in May or the first week of June. The winning bidder pays the outstanding taxes only; certificates accrue 2% interest per month for up to three years. Items advertised twice and left unsold go to a Public Bidder Sale, where the county must buy them.
