How to bid

The sale is online: register on the GovEase website, which also gives access to the nightly-updated listing. Per the county's 2026 terms and conditions, registration required a non-refundable $40.00 fee by domestic wire or ACH debit, with all steps done by 11:59 p.m. on June 8, 2026; online bidding opened June 9 and closed at 9:45 a.m. on sale day, and payment was due by 4:00 p.m. on the sale date. An adjourned tax sale may be held any business day after the annual sale. Deposit: not stated.
