Per the 2026 Notice to Tax Sale Purchasers: register online, complete the online W-9, and pay a non-refundable $36.00 registration fee by ACH debit; all registration steps were due by 11:59 p.m. on June 11, 2026. Bids are placed online, and the total due is debited by ACH from the registration account. Investors do their own parcel research. Deposit: not stated.
