How to bid: This is not a bidding auction: registered third-party purchasers take turns picking certificates of delinquency in an order set by a random drawing. The clerk's most recent procedures notice found (for a September 2024 sale) says the sale is conducted electronically in multiple rounds, with purchaser position set by electronic lottery, and purchasers need not be present. Purchasers register with the clerk by the stated deadline; that notice set fees of $5.00 per certificate on a priority list and $10.00 per certificate on the current list, not to exceed $250.00. Current-year procedures are not posted.
