- Register with the County Clerk's office by the posted deadline. Purchasers deposit 25% of the total value of the current-year certificates they register for and 100% for priority certificates, plus a non-refundable registration fee of $10.00 per current certificate or $5.00 per priority certificate and a $30.00 filing fee per certificate; the Clerk accepts cash, check and debit/credit cards. The sale is held at the Whitley County Courthouse, 200 Main St. Room 2, Williamsburg, as a lottery in rounds, with order of selection set by random drawing.
