- Not a bidding auction: a drawing of all participants sets the order of the sale, held in the Oldham County Fiscal Court Room. For the 2026 sale, all forms, fees and bill lists had to reach the Clerk's Office in LaGrange by July 27, 2026. Nonrefundable registration fee: $10.00 per bill up to $250.00 for the Lottery Sale, or $5.00 per bill up to $250.00 for the Priority Sale. A 25% deposit of the list amount plus the $30 filing fee for each bill is required. Funds by cash or certified check to the Oldham County Clerk, due by 4:00 p.m. on the sale day.
