Format: In person
How to bid: Register with the County Clerk and pay the registration fee and deposit before the sale. The deposit is 25% of the total of the current-year certificates of delinquency on the purchaser's submitted list and is due no later than five days before the sale, plus a $30.00 per-certificate fee for assignment and recording of the lien. The sale is held in person in the Clerk's office and run like a professional sports draft, with order of selection set by random drawing; purchasers may only buy certificates on their previously submitted Current Year list.
