How to bid
Registered buyers attend in person and submit percentage bids for each parcel on a USB drive, which are processed through RAMS. Bidding starts at 9%, and each lien goes to the lowest bidder. Statutory per-parcel fees apply; the page gives two different totals ($124.00 in its fee table, $104.00 in its text).
