How to bid
Register at least 10 business days before the sale by sending a letter of intent to attend by mail or fax, with a $50.00 deposit that is applied to your purchases (not refunded if you don't take part). The sale is an auction where the lowest interest bid (0% to 9%) wins. On sale day you leave a blank check; the office totals your purchases and contacts you within 2-3 days, and certificates are mailed after the sale is balanced. A Trustee buys parcels not bid on.
