- A $250 registration fee must be paid to the Treasurer's Office no later than ten business days before the tax sale. The bidder offering to pay the amount due for the least penalty percentage is the purchaser; no bid above 9 percent is accepted. Taxes that get no bid go to the Randolph County Trustee Program (delinquent tax agent: 800-248-2850 or 618-656-5744). Judgment books cost $50 and a publication listing $250.
