How to bid
Register in writing with the Whiteside County Collector's office 10 business days before the sale, with a $500 deposit in United States funds due with the registration form. Whoever signs the registration form must be physically present at the sale to bid. The sale is automated with R.A.M.S 2 (RAMS Auctions, Joseph E Meyer & Associates Inc) and held in Room 117 at the Whiteside County Courthouse, Morrison. The delinquent tax sale list is available in the Collector's office for a $100 non-refundable fee.
