How to bid
Return the registration form, a W-9 and a $100 check payable to the Tazewell County Treasurer by the deadline (4:30 pm, ten days or more before the sale; October 5 for 2026). The fee includes a printed and e-mailed list of delinquent parcels and is returned if you attend and bid. Public sale, one bidder at a time per registration; pay balances at the end of the sale with a signed blank check.
