How to bid
Send the Mobile Home Tax Sale Registration Form with the $250 statutory registration fee by the deadline; attendance is mandatory. Bidding is electronic on computer terminals provided by the contractor, RAMS, with one buyer per company. Winning bidders pay immediately by cash, money order or check. The parcel list is $50 in advance (plus $5 to mail). Per-item fees include a $20 indemnity fee and up to $10 automation fee.
