How to bid
Register with RealAuction (including the Purchaser Information Form) and bid online on the county's sheriff sale site; auctions begin at 11:00 a.m. Eastern on Wednesdays. Deposits are $2,000 (appraised $1 to $10,000), $5,000 ($10,001 to $200,000) or $10,000 (over $200,000), by bank wire (due 5 p.m. two business days before) or ACH (due 4 p.m. five business days before); no cash. The balance is due at confirmation, which typically takes up to 30 days. Minimum bid is not stated.
