How to bid: Mortgage foreclosures are sold online through RealAuction, but the Sheriff's page says tax sales, tax lien certificate sales and probate sales are still sold in person at the Union County Veterans Memorial Auditorium, 233 West 6th St, Marysville. For online sales, bidders must register with RealAuction and post a deposit ($2,000/$5,000/$10,000 set by law) by wire (received by 5:00 pm two business days before the sale) or ACH (initiated by 4:00 pm five business days before); no cash.
