How to bid
Sheriff sales have been online through RealAuction since 1/1/2024, with registration and deposits handled there. The deposit is $5,000 for residential property valued at $200,000 or less and $10,000 above that. Delinquent-tax sales are described as a live auction in Room 260 of the Hamilton County Courthouse, paid in full by cashier's check at the time of sale. Tax lien certificate sales cover parcels whose liens were sold in bulk to a third party.
