Schedule: The upcoming delinquent tax sales will be held at 10:00 A.M. on the 1st Tuesday of the month at the following location:

How to bid: Monthly delinquent tax sales are in person. The minimum bid covers the taxes owed through the sale date plus case costs, not other lien holders' amounts. The winning bidder pays a 10% deposit to the Treasurer's Office by 4:30 P.M. on sale day (cashier's or certified check) and the balance within 30 days of the filing of the confirmation of sale; bring the name for the deed, a tax mailing address, a phone number and ID. A sale with no bids is rescheduled to the first Tuesday of the following month. Tax certificate foreclosures (private attorney) are sold online through RealAuction: register there and post a $1,000, $5,000 or $10,000 deposit per property by wire or ACH before the Monday auction. Sales are as is, and properties are not open for inspection.
