- How to bid
- Tax foreclosure sales are in person in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 160 High St. NW, Warren. Bidding starts at the minimum bid and rises in $100 increments. The winning bidder pays a $3,000.00 deposit when bidding ends, in certified funds payable to the Trumbull County Sheriff's Office, and fills out a Purchaser Information Form. The balance is due 30 days from the Confirmation of Sale. Mortgage foreclosures are online only through RealAuction.
