How to bid
All sheriff's sales are online on the Warren County RealAuction site; bidders register with RealAuction and complete the Purchaser Information Form. Deposits of $2,000, $5,000 or $10,000 (as set by law) are paid by bank wire (due by 5 p.m. EST two business days before the sale) or ACH (initiated by 4 p.m. EST five business days before); no cash. Bidding starts at two-thirds of the appraised value unless otherwise stated. The balance is due within 30 days from the date the Confirmation of Sale is filed. Appraisals did not include an interior inspection and the Sheriff does not guarantee a free and clear deed.
