How to bid
Register with RealAuction and bid online on the county's sheriff sale site (RealAuction offers webinar training, 877-361-7325). Bidding begins at two-thirds of the appraised value unless a court order directs otherwise. Third-party buyers at a tax foreclosure sale must sign an affidavit that they owe no delinquent Ohio real property taxes, or title does not transfer; the affidavit is sent after the sale. Deposit amounts and payment terms are not stated on the Sheriff's page.
