Upcoming sales
No specific tax foreclosure sale dates are posted on the county pages; the Sheriff says sale lists are published monthly on the auction website. Per the Treasurer, sales start at 10:00 AM and a second sale is held two weeks later for parcels that did not sell. Mortgage foreclosure sales run online on Wednesdays at 10:00 AM. The Auditor's last posted forfeited land sale was December 11, 2025 (past); no 2026 date is posted.

- How to bid
- Since March 12, 2026 all sheriff's sales, tax foreclosures included, are online only through the RealAuction site, where bidders register and pay deposits electronically. The starting bid is the delinquent taxes and costs, and the deposit is 10% of the starting bid (minimum $1,000, maximum $5,000) under Local Rule 5.02(D)(1). Tax foreclosure bidders must submit a notarized delinquent tax affidavit (R.C. 5721.19(J)) by 10:00 AM on the Wednesday before the Thursday auction. Properties are sold as is with no title guarantee.
