How to bid: Register for free on the online auction site and follow its bidder deposit rules before bidding; there is no fee to participate. Each monthly sale opens for pre-bidding at 9:00 a.m. on sale day, and final payment is due by 11:00 a.m. the next day. The Tax Collector's page and the county's older Records, Taxes and Treasury page point to different auction sites, so check which one is current before registering.
