Format: Online
Schedule: All tax deed sales shall be advertised and held on the third Thursday of each month and shall begin promptly at 9:30 am.

How to bid: Register online to get a bidder number and deposit funds into your account before the sale. The deposit is 5% of the final bid or $200, whichever is greater, and is non-refundable. The successful bidder must pay the balance and fees to the Clerk by 11 a.m. the following business day (or within 24 hours of the sale), or the deposit is kept. Street address not stated on the tax deed page. Tax certificates are sold separately by the Tax Collector in an online sale open only to pre-registered bidders.
