How to bid: Register with the online auction site and place an advance deposit: funds in your bidder account totaling at least 5% of the highest bid you intend to place, completed by 4:00 pm CST the day before the auction. Final payment is due by 10:00 a.m. on the business day after the sale; a bidder who fails to pay defaults and forfeits the deposit. Note: an older Clerk FAQ page still names a different auction site, so check the current site before registering.
