Schedule: The tax deed auctions are held in the Courthouse Board Room on scheduled Tuesdays, at 11:00 AM.
How to bid: Auctions are held in person in the Courthouse Board Room; they are not conducted online. Register at least 30 minutes before the auction begins; registration, the deposit and the purchase are all done in person with the Clerk. A $200.00 deposit is required to participate; no pre-bids or pre-deposits are accepted. Payment in full is due to the Clerk within 24 hours by certified or cashier's check; electronic payments and wire transfers are not accepted.
