How to bid: Tax deed sales are held online on scheduled sale days beginning at 11:00 AM Eastern; bidding requirements and payments are explained on the auction site's Tax Deed Sale Process page. Public terminals are available at Official Records, Room 163, Clearwater Courthouse, and at the Judicial Building in St. Petersburg. Deposit and payment deadlines are not stated on the Clerk's page. Tax certificates are sold separately by the Tax Collector in an annual online sale.
