How to bid: The Clerk conducts the sale by public auction on the Internet under Florida Statute 197.542. Bidders must register on the Clerk's website and place a deposit no later than 24 hours before the sale; deposits by electronic check (ACH) or wire transfer (wires need at least 4 days' notice). The deposit for each winning bid is the greater of $200.00 or 5% of the bid; the remainder, plus recording fee and documentary stamps of $.70 per $100.00 of the bid, is due within 24 hours (wire transfer or cash, among other methods). No personal checks are accepted.
