Schedule: Tax Deed Sales are generally held several times per month on Tuesdays at 11:15 a.m.

How to bid: Tax deeds: register on the online tax deed sale site by the day before the sale. Deposits must reach the Clerk's Office by 4 p.m. Eastern the day before the sale: $200 for each winning bid of $4,000 or less, 5% of the winning bid above $4,000. Full payment is due at the Clerk's Office within 24 hours after the sale. Tax certificates: the Tax Collector's sale begins on or before June 1st and is a reverse auction bidding down from 18% in quarter-percent steps; the page links to LienHub for the sale.
